Our powder coating process begins with thorough surface pre-treatment including degreasing, chromate conversion, and rinsing to ensure optimal coating adhesion. The polyester powder is then applied electrostatically, ensuring uniform coverage on all surfaces including inner corners, before being cured in a convection oven at 200 degrees Celsius. The result is a dense, smooth finish with a typical coating thickness of 60-80 microns that resists chipping, scratching, fading, and chemical exposure. We supply powder-coated aluminium angles in all standard sizes from 12mm to 100mm, in equal and unequal leg configurations. Popular colours such as white, black, grey, bronze, and cream are held in regular stock. For project-specific colours, we can match any RAL reference, and special textures including matte, satin, gloss, and textured finishes are available on request.
