We primarily work with 6063, 6061, and 6082 aluminium alloys. 6063 is ideal for architectural applications with excellent surface finish, while 6061 and 6082 offer higher strength for structural and industrial use.
MOQ varies by product type and profile complexity. For standard profiles, we accept orders from 500 kg onwards. For custom extrusions, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Custom die development typically takes 7-10 working days from design approval. We maintain an in-house die library of 500+ standard profiles that are available for immediate production.
We offer natural/mill finish, anodizing (clear, black, bronze, champagne, titanium), powder coating (full RAL color range), wood grain sublimation, brushing, polishing, and abrasive blasting.
Yes, we supply across India and export to Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, South Asia, Europe, and North America. We have dedicated logistics for timely delivery to all locations.
Our current annual production capacity is 4000 MT with an 800 MT hydraulic extrusion press. We are continuously expanding capacity to meet growing demand.

Standard profile orders are typically dispatched within 5-7 working days. Custom extrusions may take 15-20 working days including die development.
Yes, we offer complete fabrication services including CNC cutting, drilling, punching, tapping, and bending. We can deliver ready-to-install components.

We can extrude profiles up to 6 meters in length. Custom lengths are available on request based on the profile specifications.
Yes, we offer powder coating in the full RAL color range. Share your RAL code and we will match it precisely. Textured and special effect finishes are also available.

Yes, if you provide a sample piece or detailed drawing with dimensions, our engineering team can develop a matching die and produce the profile to your specifications.
Every batch undergoes raw material composition testing, in-process dimensional inspection, surface quality checks, and final inspection including dimensional accuracy and mechanical property verification. Full traceability is maintained.
