Design & Consultation

Our journey begins with understanding your requirements. Our engineering team works closely with clients to develop custom die designs and select the optimal alloy grade, temper, and finish for your application. Whether you need a standard architectural section or a complex custom profile, we provide expert guidance from day one.

Billet Casting

Alument Industries operates an in-house foundry that produces high-grade aluminium billets. Using advanced casting techniques, we ensure consistent alloy composition and quality. Our foundry capabilities allow us to work with multiple alloy grades including 6063, 6061, and 6082 to meet diverse application requirements.

Extrusion

The heart of our operation — our PLC-controlled hydraulic extrusion presses (800 MT capacity) heat aluminium billets to optimal temperature and push them through precision-engineered dies to create profiles with exact cross-sectional shapes. Our automated systems ensure consistent quality, high strength, and minimal material waste.

Fabrication

Once extruded, profiles undergo precision fabrication operations based on client requirements. This includes CNC cutting to exact lengths, drilling, punching, tapping, bending, and assembly. Our fabrication capabilities allow us to deliver ready-to-install components that save our clients time and cost.

Surface Finishing

We offer a wide range of surface treatment options to enhance the appearance, durability, and corrosion resistance of our aluminium products:

• Anodizing — Clear, black, bronze, champagne, titanium
• Powder Coating — Extensive RAL color range
• Wood Grain Sublimation — Realistic wood patterns
• Mechanical Finishing — Brushing, polishing, satin, matte
• Abrasive Blasting — Textured industrial finishes

Quality Check & Delivery

Every batch undergoes rigorous quality inspection including dimensional accuracy checks, surface quality assessment, and mechanical property verification. Only products that pass our stringent QC standards are cleared for dispatch. We ensure timely delivery through our dedicated logistics network across India and international markets.
