The distinctive F-shaped cross-section features a central web with flanges extending in the same direction at top and bottom, creating a channel groove on one side and a flat mounting surface on the other. Our aluminium F channels are precision-extruded from 6063-T5 alloy to ensure consistent groove widths and smooth surfaces that accept panels without gaps or rattling. The flat back flange mounts flush against walls or fascia boards and can be fastened with screws, nails, or adhesive, while the front channel groove securely grips the panel edge. This design eliminates the need for additional trim pieces and creates a neat, professional transition between cladding and structure.
