The T-shaped cross-section features a vertical web rising from a horizontal flange, creating a profile that can be inserted into grooves, used as a divider between adjacent panels, or employed as a lightweight structural member. Our aluminium T channels are precision-extruded from 6063-T5 alloy, ensuring sharp profile geometry, consistent web and flange dimensions, and smooth surfaces throughout production length. The perpendicular web-to-flange junction provides inherent rigidity against lateral forces, making T channels effective as stiffeners, guides, and dividing elements in panel systems and modular assemblies. Available in a range of web heights and flange widths, our T channels accommodate diverse design requirements from slim decorative divider strips to substantial structural tee sections. Each piece undergoes dimensional and surface quality inspection before dispatch.
