Alument Industries manufactures weatherproof aluminium enclosures designed to protect solar inverters, charge controllers, combiner boxes, and other sensitive electrical equipment in outdoor photovoltaic installations. Our enclosures are fabricated from 6063-T5 aluminium alloy with powder coated or anodized finishes, providing IP65-rated protection against dust ingress, water jets, and harsh environmental conditions. Each enclosure features precision-formed aluminium panels with reinforced corners, integrated DIN rail mounting points for electrical components, and pre-punched cable entry knockouts with IP-rated cable glands. The ventilation system uses louvered aluminium panels with insect mesh to provide natural convective cooling, keeping inverter operating temperatures within safe limits even in India's extreme summer heat. Optional features include thermostatically controlled exhaust fans, lockable doors, and sunshade canopies. Our solar inverter enclosures are designed for wall-mount and pole-mount installation, with corrosion-resistant SS304 stainless steel mounting hardware. All enclosures are tested for IP65 ingress protection as per IEC 60529, and the powder coated finish is UV-stable for long-term outdoor colour retention. We offer standard sizes for popular inverter brands as well as custom enclosures designed to specific project requirements.
