Our rail profiles are available in C-channel, U-channel, and Omega cross-section configurations, each optimized for different structural load requirements and mounting system designs. All profiles are extruded from 6063-T5 aluminium alloy with a clear anodized finish for superior outdoor corrosion resistance. The C-channel profile offers a high moment of inertia in a compact cross-section, making it ideal for rooftop mounting rails where space between the panel and roof surface is limited. The U-channel profile provides an open top channel for easy clamp positioning and cable routing. The Omega profile features integrated T-slot channels on both flanges, allowing clamp attachment from either side — particularly useful in ground-mount and tracker system applications. Our solar rail profiles are designed with precise dimensional tolerances to ensure compatibility with all standard solar clamps, splices, and accessories. Each profile undergoes mechanical property testing, dimensional inspection, and anodization quality verification. We offer profiles in standard lengths of 2.1m, 3.2m, 4.2m, and 6.0m, as well as custom-cut lengths for project-specific requirements.
