Alument Industries manufactures high-quality aluminium solar end clamps designed to secure the outermost (edge) panels in a solar PV array to the mounting rail. Our end clamps are precision-machined from 6063-T5 aluminium alloy with a clear anodized surface treatment, providing reliable clamping force and corrosion resistance for the full 25-year lifespan of a solar installation. Unlike mid clamps that grip two adjacent panels, end clamps feature a single gripping arm that wraps over the outer edge of the terminal module frame. Our end clamps are available in adjustable-height versions that accommodate module frame thicknesses from 30mm to 50mm using a single SKU, reducing inventory complexity for installers. The serrated contact surface ensures a positive grip on the panel frame, preventing movement even under high wind uplift conditions. Each end clamp is supplied pre-assembled with a stainless steel SS304 T-bolt and flange nut, ready for immediate slide-in installation on standard T-slot mounting rails. Our clamps are tested for clamping force, corrosion resistance (1000+ hours salt spray per ASTM B117), and UV degradation to meet the demanding requirements of outdoor solar installations in tropical and coastal environments.
