Alument Industries manufactures heavy-duty aluminium L-brackets designed for attaching solar mounting rails to flat concrete roofs, metal sheet roofs, and low-slope structures. Our L-brackets are fabricated from 6063-T5 aluminium alloy with a clear anodized or powder coated finish, providing the structural strength and corrosion resistance needed for reliable long-term performance in outdoor solar installations. Our solar L-brackets are available in multiple heights (100mm to 500mm) to create the desired tilt angle for optimal solar panel orientation based on site latitude. Each bracket features pre-drilled mounting holes for both the base attachment (to the roof structure) and the top rail connection, with slotted holes allowing fine adjustment of tilt angle during installation. The wide base plate distributes load evenly across the roof surface, minimizing point loads and the risk of waterproofing membrane damage. All L-brackets are designed and tested for wind uplift and dead load conditions as per IS 875. Our engineering team provides project-specific bracket selection guidance based on tilt angle requirements, wind zone classification, and roof structural capacity. The brackets are supplied with stainless steel SS304 fastener kits for complete corrosion-free installations.
