Each tile roof hook is designed to slide between overlapping roof tiles without requiring tile cutting or modification, preserving the waterproof integrity of the roof. The adjustable-height design accommodates tile profile variations from flat tiles to high-profile Roman and Mangalore tiles. The hook arm connects to standard mounting rails via a T-bolt, while the base plate is secured to the roof rafter or batten using lag screws for a structurally sound attachment. Our tile roof hooks are supplied with EPDM rubber flashing gaskets that create a watertight seal around the hook penetration point, preventing rain ingress. Each hook is load-tested for wind uplift forces and designed to meet IS 875 wind load requirements.
